ORDERING
When an order is placed, a 50% deposit will be required. Cash, check or credit card is accepted.
Upon receipt of your deposit your Mantel or custom piece will be scheduled for construction and you will be notified of an estimated completion date. In most cases this will be 6 to 12 weeks from receipt of order.
DELIVERY
Your custom order will be blanket wrapped, hand delivered and installed by Nockonwood.
WOOD SAMPLES
Please use these wood samples for sample purposes only. The actual color of a wood species will vary from board to board. Grain and color characteristics are matched as closely as possible when a piece of furniture is built.
